Job Overview

A progressive corporate sector organization, having office in Islamabad, is looking for a competent, talented and result-oriented individual for its Management Level position.
Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the following posts purely on CONTRACT basis for a period as decided by the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Design and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals and budget constraints.
• Revenue Growth: Direct sales, marketing and global business development through market expansion and key portfolio management.
• Executive Collaboration: Partner directly with the CEO and C-suite to drive core strategic initiatives.
• Market Expansion: Conduct market research, build business plans (proven track record of 3+ successful cases).
• CRM: To Develop and oversee CRM systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Build high-value relationships with key clients, partners and external stakeholders.
• Performance & Compliance: Monitor commercial KPIs and enforce company policies, ethical standards and resource management.

Qualification Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering with at least 5 years of sales & marketing related experience.
• Industry experience of sale/projects of Satellite & Remote Sensing related products & services of at least 10 years.
• Exceptional communication, executive leadership and team management abilities.

Salient Points

• Compliance to selection criteria does not guarantee for short-listing. If large numbers of applicants fulfill selection criteria, only the most suitable candidates having higher grades in respective degree / relevant experience would be short-listed for interview.
• Market based salary as recommended by Selection Board will be offered.
• Candidates already in Government service should apply Through Proper Channel and submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview from their parent department so that if selected, then they would be relieved accordingly
