Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our Public Sector non-profit company located in Islamabad. This position is offered on a contract basis with the potential for extension based on performance. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the necessary qualifications as outlined in the Public Sector Companies Corporate Governance Rules 2013. Requirements include:

Being a member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR
Holding a Master's degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit

Ideally, the candidate should not be more than 40 years of age.

Salary and Tenure

The company offers market-based remuneration. The initial contract is extendable based on satisfactory performance.
