Job Overview

National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented professional for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years. Detailed terms and conditions will be settled in the contract.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution (or foreign equivalent), with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years as a Key Officer, Director, CEO, or Principal Officer in the insurance industry or as an officer with an Insurance Regulator.
OR
a) ACII or FCII, (b) Fellow or Associate of the Institute or Society of Actuaries or equivalent, (c) Master's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science with at least 5 years of experience as specified above.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the vision, mission, and goals of the Company as outlined by the Board of Directors.
• Report company performance to the Board and provide inspired leadership.
• Provide a marketing plan and the vision of the company's future development.
• Lead development and execution of short and long-term operational policies and strategic plans.
• Assess risks, manage company finances, and work closely with the CFO.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and oversee quality control.
