Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC) has been established by Ministry of Industries and Production to upgrade technology and skills of key and strategic industrial clusters and connect Pakistan to the global value chain. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer based at Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall profitability and efficient management of the Company and for the effective controls in financial and other matters, subject to the oversight and directions of the Board of Directors.
• Presenting strategic business plan and policies to the Board for approval and their subsequent implementation, proper HR Management and utilization, ensuring optimal use of funds and organizational resources in accordance with statutory obligations.
• Responsible to look after the business of the Company in accordance with the SOE Act, Companies Act, 2017, the Memorandum and Article of Association and other applicable instructions/policies issued by the Government / SECP etc. from time to time.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Graduate degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Bachelor's of Engineering / Finance / Commerce / Marketing (16 years of education) or equivalent from a reputable HEC recognized University. Candidates having foreign qualification should provide equivalence from HEC.
• The candidate will have minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 10 years on a senior management position. Suitable candidate should have previous experience of implementing technology/skill development initiatives that have resulted in enhanced productivity and competitiveness of specific sector(s).

Age Limit

The candidate should not be above 62 years of age at the time of submission of application.

Pay Package & Contract

• We offer a congenial professional environment and also a competitive remuneration package commensurate with the qualification and experience of the successful candidate.
• Appointment will be on contract basis for a period of three (03) years as per rules.
