Qualification and Eligibility

To be eligible for the Caretaker position, applicants must hold an FA or FSc qualification. Additionally, candidates must be retired JCO or SNCO personnel. Applicants with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offences will not be considered. Candidates must produce an NOC from their previous institution in this regard.

Salary and Benefits

The selected candidate will be offered a good pay package matching industry standards for the role. After successfully completing the probation period, employees will be able to join either the Provident Fund or gratuity scheme. The employment is offered on an annual contract basis, which is renewable based on satisfactory performance.
