A well-renowned Public Sector Organization, dealing with Development projects and Real Estate matters, invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Care Taker on a contract basis.
This role involves handling tenants, rent collection, and maintaining the building properly.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must hold a BA / BSc or DAE (Civil / Elec / Mech) degree.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling tenants, rent collection, and maintenance of the building is required.
