Business Executive

Role Overview

NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to fill multiple Business Executive positions. There are 9 positions available in Karachi and 3 in Quetta. The role involves managing and expanding the franchisee network, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring operational compliance.

Educational Background

Candidates should possess an Intermediate qualification. However, a Bachelor's degree from an HEC Recognized University is preferred.

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to meet assigned business targets through effective sales and business strategies.
• Experience in actively monitoring franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Capability to maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
• Skill in identifying and assessing potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network.
• Experience in conducting ground verification of potential franchisees, providing necessary product training, and ensuring smooth deployment of new franchisees.
• Ability to conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships.
• Ability to prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.

Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidates will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years, extendable if required, and will be on a 6-month probation period.
2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Candidates shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5. Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
6. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible.
8. Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview.
9. Females, Minorities, Transgenders, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
10. Preference will be given to applicants having their own conveyance (Motorbike).
11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc., will not be allowed during the test/interview.
