Job Overview

Seeking a skilled Business Analyst (OG-I) to work under PMO Head/Divisional Head IT.

Academic Qualification

Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.

Experience Required

Minimum 03 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges.
• Conduct analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user needs.
• Work closely with development/projects' cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Continuously assess and refine business impact analysis processes.
