Key Responsibilities

The Branch Manager will be entrusted with a variety of crucial responsibilities to ensure the branch's success and compliance. These include:

• Agricultural credit expansion.
• Recovery of regular and non-performing loans.
• Deposit mobilization to grow the branch's portfolio.
• Supervising the services and operations of the branch.
• Ensuring EKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this position:

• Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute or university, either national or international.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 45 years as of the application closing date.
• Skills: Applicants must possess excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Ineligibility: Dual nationality holders and applicants convicted by any court of law are not eligible to apply.
