Bio Medical Engineer

Organization Overview

The Health Department, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, seeks Bio Medical Engineers for its PMIU's hospital revamping project. This is a 1-year extendable contract position based across various DHQs.

Role and Responsibilities

The Bio Medical Engineer (BS-17) will be responsible for the procurement, installation, maintenance, and management of bio-medical equipment within the designated revamped district headquarter hospitals, ensuring functionality and compliance with standards.

Qualification Criteria

Bachelor/Master's in Biomedical Engineering/Electronic Engineering.

Experience Required

2 years post qualification experience in procurement/management of Bio-medical Equipment in public/private sector having valid license from Pakistan Engineering Council.

Age Limit

Maximum up to 40 years.

Terms & Conditions

1-year extendable contract, project-specific. Lump sum pay. ETEA test mandatory. Shortlisted candidates interviewed (bring original documents & PEC license). No TA/DA. KP/Merged Districts domicile required, preference for local.
