• Supervising Daily Billing Operations: Directly manage and guide the daily activities of the billing team, maintaining high standards of productivity.
• Ensuring Compliance and Timely Billing: Guarantee that all billing procedures adhere to regulatory standards and company policies, ensuring invoices are dispatched promptly.
• Continuously Improving Billing Procedures: Proactively identify areas for enhancement within the billing system and implement changes to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates for the Billing Supervisor position should meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance is essential, with an ICMA Part Qualification preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a billing or finance supervisory role.
• Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated strong knowledge of billing and reporting principles and practices.
