Beldar (Work Charge)

The Irrigation Department, Balloki Headworks Division, invites applications for the position of Beldar on a temporary/seasonal work charge basis for the fiscal year 2025-26. These recruitments will be made according to the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of Punjab. This is a Class IV position.

Responsibilities / ذمہ داریاں

Selected candidates for the Beldar position will be responsible for performing physical labor and support tasks as assigned by the department related to irrigation infrastructure maintenance and operation.

Eligibility Criteria / اہلیت کا معیار

Interested candidates should submit their applications on plain paper. Must possess a domicile of Punjab and a valid CNIC. Age limit and educational qualifications will be as per Government of Punjab policy for Class IV posts (typically literate or primary pass).

Application Process / درخواست دینے کا طریقہ

Interested candidates can submit their applications on plain paper along with necessary documents (copy of CNIC, copy of Domicile) to the Sub Division Office Headworks, Daftarabad, by the 25th of each month. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at the Balloki Headworks Division office. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

Terms and Conditions / شرائط و ضوابط

1. These appointments will be purely temporary for a period of 89 days, extendable based on departmental needs.
2. Salary will be paid according to the Schedule of Wages issued by the Government of Punjab.
3. The number of posts can be increased or decreased as per requirement.
4. Work charge employees can be terminated without any prior notice and will have no right to claim permanency.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
