Job Overview

The Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) is expanding its daycare team and has announced two positions for caring and responsible Attendants. This role is crucial for providing direct care and support to the children at the daycare center. The ideal candidates will be patient, energetic, and passionate about working with young children in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

The Attendants will perform various tasks to ensure the well-being and development of the children under their care. These responsibilities include:

• Providing care and supervision for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children.
• Creating a safe, engaging, and positive environment.
• Developing and implementing age-appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
• Assisting with daily routines such as feeding, changing, and soothing children.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within the daycare.
• Communicating effectively with parents/guardians about their child's day.
• Demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for the Attendant position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Education: Intermediate.
• Experience: A minimum of 1+ year of experience in infant/toddler care.
• Knowledge: A good understanding of infant/toddler development and care practices.
• Certification: Must possess First aid and CPR knowledge.
