Qualifications and Experience

Typically, a PhD in Biotechnology or a closely related field, along with significant post-PhD teaching and research experience (including a strong publication record) as per HEC criteria, is required. Preference for relevant international qualifications.

Eligibility and Important Notes

Candidates must hold Sindh domicile. Government/Public sector employees should apply through their respective departments with an NOC. Age relaxation is subject to approval. Applicant data will be kept confidential.

2. Assemble a hard copy application with: one photograph, attested copies of all relevant documents (degrees, experience, publications, Domicile, CNIC), three current letters of reference, and a CV.
3. Attach a non-refundable Pay Order of Rs. 1500/- payable to Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi.
4. Send the complete application via courier to: The Human Resource Directorate, Dow University of Health Sciences, Baba-e-Urdu Road Karachi, Pakistan.
5. Specify 'Associate Professor - Biotechnology' on the envelope.
6. Ensure the application is received by 08 May, 2025.
7. Applications submitted in person are not accepted. Shortlisting may involve a Pre-Interview Test (MCQs). Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews. No TA/DA is admissible.
