Opportunity Overview
The Police Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Sindh for recruitment against the posts of Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) (BPS-11) under the Shaheed, Deceased Employee, and Disabled Employee quotas. These positions are available in various ranges across the province.Vacancy Distribution
The vacancies are distributed across the following ranges:- Karachi Range: 113 Posts
- Hyderabad Range: 13 Posts
- Mirpurkhas Range: 12 Posts
- Larkana Range: 6 Posts
- Total: 144 Posts
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria:- Qualification: Graduation (minimum 2nd Division) from a university recognized by HEC.
- Age Limit: 21 to 28 years as of the last date of application submission.
- Physical Standards (Male): Height: 5 feet 5 inches; Chest: 33 inches with 1.5 inches expansion.
- Physical Standards (Female): Height: 5 feet; Must be of sound health.
- Physical Endurance Test (Male): Run 1600 meters in 8 minutes.
- Physical Endurance Test (Female): Walk 800 meters in 14 minutes.
Application Process
1. Interested candidates must apply online through the SIBA Testing Services (STS) portal: https://apply.sts.net.pk.2. Download the system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- and deposit it in any branch of ABL Bank Ltd. or MCB Bank Ltd.
3. Candidates must upload the following documents during the online application: CNIC, Domicile, PRC (Form-D), recent photograph, and educational certificates (Matriculation to Graduation, including mark sheets).
4. Candidates applying under specific quotas must also upload the relevant certificate (Shaheed, Deceased Employee, Disabled Employee).
5. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
6. Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
7. Candidates must keep checking the STS website for updates regarding the test schedule, admit cards, results, etc. Updates may also be sent via SMS.
8. The last date for submission of online applications is 12th May, 2025.
Important Notes
- Only shortlisted candidates based on the screening/written test will be called for the physical endurance test.
- Candidates must qualify the physical endurance test to be eligible for the interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in any test/interview.
- Providing false information will lead to disqualification.
- Sindh Police reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts.
