Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) plays a pivotal role in providing policy and technical support to the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) and overseeing the strategic planning and performance of Pakistan's power sector.

Role Summary

PPMC is seeking an Assistant Specialist (Economics) to support the economics team in conducting research, data analysis, and developing economic models. This role involves contributing to policy papers, reports, and presentations related to the economic aspects of the power sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Public Policy / Development Studies or a related field from HEC recognized or affiliated institute or university.
• The candidate must have 03 years of experience in a reputable national / multinational organization.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 35 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

General Terms and Application Process

The first 03 months of employment shall be on probation and thereafter shall be continued as per company policy. The selected candidates will be offered a market-based, competitive remuneration package, commensurate with their skills and experience.
