Terms & Conditions

Appointments are purely on merit. Candidates must abide by PMC/PM&DC and Institute rules. Age limits are as per Govt. of AJK/PM&DC policy. The selected faculty must be physically present in the College/Hospital for a minimum of six hours on every working day. Accommodation will not be provided. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (No TA/DA).

Application Process for DoH Candidates

Applicants from the Department of Health already working in teaching Hospitals of the medical College must process their applications through the proper channel along with the required documents and will only be entertained after the approval of the Secretary Health GoAJ&K. Direct applications from DoH will not be entertained. Selected DoH employees will draw their salary against their respective / substantive post of DOH.
Required documents include educational certificates, PM&DC registration, CV, photos, CNIC, Domicile, and State Subject certificate.
