Job Overview

National Defence University (NDU) has multiple openings for the position of Assistant Professor on a contract basis. The university is seeking passionate and innovative professionals to teach and conduct research in the following departments:

• Government & Public Policy (01 Post)
• International Relations (01 Post)
• Strategic Studies (01 Post)
• Leadership & Management Studies (03 Posts)

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates are generally required to have a PhD or M.Phil in the relevant discipline. For faculty positions, preference will be given to applicants with a specialization in research methodology. Experience in teaching at the university level is advantageous.

Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Hard Copy Submission
After online submission, send a hard copy of the application with all required documents via courier. The package should include attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, degrees, experience certificates, 2 photos, and the fee deposit slip.
Application Fee: The processing fee for the Assistant Professor position is Rs. 1,200/-.

Ensure to mention the 'Post Applied For' and the specific department on the envelope.

Important Notes

• All posts are on a contract basis. 2% quota for disabled persons is reserved.
• Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel with an NOC.
• Applications that are incomplete or received after the deadline will not be considered.
• Only shortlisted individuals will be called for an interview.
