Qualifications and Experience

All qualifications and experience for the position of Assistant Professor must meet the HEC (Higher Education Commission) criteria. A PhD in Software Engineering or a closely related field is generally required (or Master's degree with required experience in certain disciplines as per HEC). Candidates should demonstrate potential for quality teaching and research as per HEC criteria for Assistant Professor. Experience requirements are as per HEC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Assistant Professor - Software Engineering will include, but are not limited to: delivering lectures and tutorials/labs in Software Engineering, developing course materials, conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, supervising undergraduate/graduate projects, and participating in departmental duties. Specific responsibilities will align with the HEC guidelines for the role of Assistant Professor.
