Job Overview

Riphah International University is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager Security. This full-time role is based in Rawalpindi and requires managing comprehensive security operations across university and hospital premises. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to oversee security personnel and ensure a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Requirements & Competencies

Candidates must fulfill the following educational and professional requirements:

• Education: Bachelor or Master degree from an HEC recognized institute.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant security experience.
• Operations: Oversee day-to-day security operations, surveillance, and access control systems.
• Team Management: Manage security personnel training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Emergency Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans (fire, natural disasters, incidents) and coordinate drills.
• Policy & Compliance: Contribute to security policies, ensure law compliance, and manage the security budget.
• Investigations: Oversee investigations into security breaches and collaborate with law enforcement.
