• Position: Assistant Manager QC (Analytical Services NPD)

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and validate analytical methods (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc.) for new drug product development.
• Sound knowledge of stability studies, degradation studies, and impurity profiling as per ICH and WHO guidelines.
• Prepare analytical protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct literature surveys and regulatory assessments for analytical method development.
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges and optimize methods for better accuracy and precision.
• Sound knowledge of Comparative dissolution profiling accordingly BCS classification and all analytical activities comply with cGMP, GLP, and international & National regulatory requirements.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• B-Pharm/Pharm-D / M.Sc. (Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry).
• 4-6 years in the relevant field.
• Technical skill of qualification & calibration program of instruments (where required).
• Strong Communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Results-oriented and ability to motivate staff and maintain good relations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ability to adapt within rapidly changing business environment.
