About the Role
The Assistant Manager Mentorship & Partnership will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing mentorship programs and strategic partnerships. This includes conceptualizing structured mentorship initiatives tailored for women entrepreneurs and digital freelancers, as well as sourcing and onboarding mentors from diverse sectors. The role also involves identifying and cultivating partnerships with public/private organizations, development partners, and academic institutions to enhance incubation support and program outreach.Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university. Preferred fields of study include Business Studies, Management Sciences, or Social Sciences, providing a solid academic foundation for understanding entrepreneurship and partnership dynamics.Experience
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required in areas such as communications, marketing, partnership development, incubation support, or mentorship program coordination. Candidates with practical experience in these domains will be well-equipped to manage the responsibilities of this role effectively.Required Skills
Key skills for this position include the ability to conceptualize, implement, and assess structured mentorship programs specifically for women entrepreneurs and digital freelancers. Proficiency in sourcing and onboarding mentors from diverse sectors, including business, technology, finance, and legal services, is crucial. Additionally, expertise in identifying and cultivating partnerships with public/private organizations, development partners, chambers of commerce, academic institutions, and donor agencies will be highly valued.Application Process
