The Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) will be responsible for a range of critical duties to ensure smooth financial operations:- Accurately record day-to-day accounting transactions by entering financial data, thereby ensuring that all revenue, expenses, and payments are meticulously documented within the accounting system.
- Efficiently process invoices through thorough review and validation, prepare payments promptly, and ensure timely processing to facilitate smooth accounts payable operations.
- Prepare fundamental financial reports by consolidating data from daily operations, providing management with clear insights into financial performance and cash flow status.
- Assist actively in accounts reconciliation processes, which involves comparing and reconciling financial records with bank statements to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Proactively maintain the aging of accounts payables, tracking outstanding payments for Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditures (OPEX), and ensuring timely disbursements to avoid any overdue penalties.
