Company Overview

As a public sector power utility, Sukkur Electric Power Company Limited (SEPCO) serves 10 districts in upper Sindh. They are currently inviting applications from qualified individuals for key positions within their commercial department.

Position Details

There are 8 vacancies available for the Assistant Manager (Commercial)/Revenue Officer (RO) position. The breakdown is as follows:

• Punjab (Open): 3
• Punjab (Women): 1
• KPK: 2
• 10% Induction Quota for SEPCO Employees: 2

Qualifications Required

Applicants need a Master's degree (MBA/M.Com/MSc in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics or M.A in Economics), equivalent to 16 years of education. Candidates must have achieved a minimum of two 1st Divisions throughout their academic career.

Age Requirement

The stipulated age limit for this role is 25 to 33 years. This includes general age relaxation. Additional relaxations apply: three (03) years for candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhists, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, and AJK residents. Serving Government/SEPCO employees with two (02) years of continuous service can avail relaxation as per rules, provided they apply via the proper channel.

In-House Quota

SEPCO employees meeting the prescribed qualifications and criteria for direct induction are eligible under the in-house quota, provided they appear in the induction examination for this specific post (Sr. No. 02).

Nature of Employment

These roles are strictly contractual for an initial one-year period, offered on a lump sum package basis. They are non-pensionable positions with no prospect of regularization or long-term benefits. Contract extensions are subject to satisfactory performance and organizational needs.

4. Download the Rs. 700/- challan generated after online submission.
5. Pay the non-refundable fee at any ABL Bank branch, through the MyABL app, or using the 1Bill reference via online banking.
6. Disabled candidates must provide a NADRA CNIC showing the wheelchair logo.
7. Candidates awaiting results are ineligible.
8. Submit only one application per candidate.
9. The deadline for online application and fee submission is May 20, 2025.

Selection and General Conditions

Only shortlisted applicants will be called for the test/interview.
Tests will be administered by SIBA Testing Services (STS) in Islamabad, Karachi, and Sukkur. Specify your preferred test city during application.
The minimum passing score for the MCQ test is 50%. Passing does not guarantee job placement.
Test date/venue details will be shared via SMS and on the STS website.
Individuals dismissed from service, debarred, or with a criminal background are ineligible.
No TA/DA is admissible for the test/interview.
SEPCO holds the right to adjust the number of posts or halt the recruitment process without notice.
