Assistant Director Quality Enhancement Cell

Position Overview

The University of Poonch Rawalakot is seeking applications for the administrative position of Assistant Director in the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC). This is a regular position (BPS-17).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Master's degree / BS or equivalent degree (16 years of education) with at least a 2nd division (or CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0) from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
The age limit for applicants is between 21 and 40 years.

Application Process

1. Obtain the application form from the Office of the Registrar or download it from www.upr.edu.pk/downloads/category/job-application-forms.
2. Submit the completed application form with attested copies of degrees, photos, result cards, transcripts, and certificates.
3. Include the original bank deposit slip for the application processing fee of Rs. 2000/-. The fee challan is available at https://lms.upr.edu.pk/fees/challans and must be deposited at any HBL branch.
4. Applications can be delivered in person or sent via mail (General Post) to the Registrar.
5. The closing date for applications is 20 May, 2025.

General Instructions

In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel.
Foreign degree holders need an HEC equivalence certificate.
Attach Marks Obtained / Total Marks Certificates; CGPA alone is not accepted unless converted.
Relevant experience requires documentary proof.
If the number of applicants exceeds thirty (30), a written/screening test will be conducted for shortlisting.
Preference will be given to AJK nationals.
Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
The University may cancel the advertisement partially or wholly.
Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
