This is to inform shortlisted candidates who applied for Assistant Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) in a Provincial Public Sector Organization (via P.O Box 524 GPO Quetta, Advt No. AB No.633/26-12-2024) about their screening test:

Test Timing: 10:00 am to 11:30 am
Venue: Women Technical Training Center (WTTC) Samungli Road Quetta.

Test Day Instructions

Candidates must:

• Produce original CNIC and Screening Test Letter for verification.
• Bring their own Pen and Paper Board.
• Not possess mobile phones or electronic devices within the test premises.
• Arrive at the test center 30 minutes before the scheduled test time (latest by 9:30 am).

Eligibility Verification Clause

Shortlisting is provisional. Post-test checks will verify eligibility against original ad criteria (qualification, experience, age). Non-fulfillment can lead to cancellation at any stage, regardless of test appearance or score.
No TA/DA is payable for the test.
