Position Details: Assistant Director Litigation

The Assistant Director Litigation will be responsible for managing and overseeing litigation matters for the organization. This includes representing the foundation in legal proceedings, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: LLB or relevant qualification in the discipline of law from an HEC recognized University, Institution.
• License: License as Advocate High Court.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of practice in District Court.
• Age: 35 years maximum.

7. No TA/DA shall be admissible for assessment/interview.
8. Candidates shall be informed about updates through the application portal/SMS/email.
9. A Character Certificate issued from Police is mandatory for applying.
