Job Responsibilities & Duties

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Support the drafting and revision of rules, regulations, and legal frameworks for government approval.
• Help implement compliance frameworks for data protection, privacy, and security regulations.
• Conduct research and provide legal analysis on national and international laws impacting NADRA's functions.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and assist in conducting risk assessments.
• Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.
• Prepare reports, recommendations, and legal documents to support senior management decisions.
• Prepare legal opinions on policy, compliance, and regulatory matters to guide decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Education: LL.B or Bar at Law with a minimum of 16 years of HEC verified education. Degrees must be attested by HEC.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 5 or more years of experience.
• Skills: Strong understanding of Pakistani laws related to citizenship, registration, data protection, and privacy. Excellent research, analytical, legal drafting, and opinion writing skills, with a strong command of written and verbal communication.
