Project Overview

The Government of Punjab's Local Government & Community Development Department (LG&CDD) is hiring Project Incremental Staff for the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP). This program aims to improve infrastructure and services in intermediate cities of Punjab.

Position Details

Applications are invited from qualified and experienced individuals for three positions of Assistant Director (Engineers) based in Lahore. The appointment will be on a contract basis, initially for one year, and extendable based on satisfactory performance under the project rules. The maximum age limit for applicants is 40 years.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• BSc in Civil Engineering / BSc in Environmental Engineering / BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Preferably four (4) years of post-qualification relevant work experience in matters related to civil engineering, infrastructure development, etc.

Salary and Eligibility

Salaries will be market-based as approved in the PC-I of the Program. Candidates having domicile of Punjab Province are only eligible to apply. Women and candidates from minorities are encouraged to apply. All eligible government employees may also apply through the proper channel.

Expression of Interest (EOI) must be submitted online via ADB's Consultant Management System (CMS) portal by 5th May 2025. Direct submission of EOIs to PMU or LG&CDD will not be accepted.

Candidates must upload their complete CV, Educational Documents, CNIC, Experience Letters, Certifications, etc., while submitting the EOI on ADB's CMS Portal.
