Area Sales Manager

About the Job

Meezan Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Area Sales Manager for Cards & Unsecured Financing within the Consumer Finance Group. This role involves managing a team of ROs and RMs within the assigned region. You will be responsible for motivating branches and direct sales teams to achieve monthly assigned targets. Additionally, guiding branches on processes, documentation, and after-sales support through regular branch visits is a key part of the responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's from an HEC-recognized institution or university. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience is strictly required.
