PPHI Sindh, a government-backed organization focused on primary healthcare, is seeking a skilled and experienced Anesthetist. This contract-based position requires expertise in administering anesthesia for various medical procedures at Rural Health Centers (RHCs) in Jhudo (District Mirpurkhas) and Bulri Shah Karim (District Tando Muhammad Khan). The role is crucial for ensuring patient safety and effective surgical interventions.Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for the Anesthetist position must hold an MBBS degree combined with a Diploma in Anesthesia, MCPS, FCPS, FRCA, MRCA, or an equivalent qualification in the relevant specialty. Preference will be given to applicants with at least 01-year of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting or the specific field of anesthesia. Financial incentives include a qualification allowance of Rs. 40,000/- for MCPS and Rs. 70,000/- for FCPS or equivalent, which is provided in addition to the base salary.Benefits and Allowances
In addition to the attractive monthly salary of Rs. 239,000/-, successful candidates will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. As a key medical staff member, you may also qualify for hard areas allowance, cluster allowance, evening/night shift allowance, and holiday compensation allowances, as per PPHI Sindh's policies.
