Android Developer

Role Overview

The Project Management & Implementation Unit, Sindh Social Protection Authority, Government of Sindh invites applications for the position of Android Developer on a contractual basis. We are looking for a dedicated professional to contribute towards strengthening the social protection delivery system in Sindh.

Qualification Requirements

Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree (16 years) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience as an Android Developer or equivalent, with proven experience in Flutter for large software projects.
• Experience rolling out app updates in various Android platform app stores.
• Understand how to optimize client-facing software.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience with Android SDK.
• Expert with offline storage, threading and performance tuning.
• Experience working with remote data via REST, JSON and HTTP web services.
• Experience with version control i.e Git, SVN, TFS etc.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
