About the Role

Women Medical College Abbottabad is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Administrator at Jinnah International Hospital Abbottabad (JIHA). This is a senior management role requiring extensive experience in healthcare administration and institutional management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily hospital operations, managing human resources, finances, logistics, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS/BDS with a postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Health Services Management, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration (MBA/MHA), or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of administrative/management experience, preferably in a reputable teaching hospital or tertiary healthcare institution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage hospital administration, human resources, finance, logistics, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital management practices.
