Project Overview
The Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following posts on 'Contract Basis' for the Development Project titled 'COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT AND STRENGTHENING OF HEALTHCARE ACCESS THROUGH MARYAM NAWAZ HEALTH CLINIC'. This position is based in Lahore within the Project Implementation Unit.Role and Responsibilities
The Additional Program Director (PPS-10) will support the Program Director in managing and implementing the project. Responsibilities include overseeing specific project components, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the strategic goals of improving healthcare access. Experience in primary/preventative healthcare programs is preferred.Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria with Required Experience:- Medical doctor with post graduate diploma.
- At least 10 years experience of serving in Health Department with at least 3 years of experience at mid and senior level positions.
- Including 2 years experience of project management experience for implementation.
- Preference will be given for those having experience in Primary/ preventative healthcare related Programs.
General Terms and Conditions
- These vacancies are post specific, non-transferable and on contract basis under Development scheme.
- No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for test/interview.
- Candidates already working in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate.
- Only the degree issued by the university/institute recognized by the HEC or reputed foreign university with HEC equivalence, will be considered.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. The date & time of interview will be communicated through email/call/SMS by the department.
- Complete Original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be produced at the time of interview/test.
- The Department reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the whole recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reasons.
- Final Terms & Conditions of appointment shall be settled at the actual date of appointment.
- Decision of Department in all matters concerning recruitment, including eligibility/short listing/selection criteria shall be the final.
