Job Overview

National Defence University (NDU) invites applications for the position of Account Officer. The successful candidate will join the Finance Branch and be responsible for managing financial records, budgeting, and financial reporting. This contract role is crucial for ensuring the financial integrity and smooth operation of the university's finance department.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (M.Com/B.Com), or a related field (ACCA/CMA part-qualified). Relevant experience in handling accounts, financial reporting, and using accounting software is highly desirable.

After applying online, send a complete application package via courier. This includes the application form, attested copies of all relevant documents (CNIC, Domicile, degrees, etc.), 2 photos, and the fee deposit slip.
Application Fee: The processing fee for the Account Officer position is Rs. 1,200/-.

The envelope must be clearly marked with the post applied for.

Important Notes

• The post is offered on a contract basis. A 2% quota for disabled persons is applicable.
• In-service employees must provide an NOC.
• Incomplete or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
• Only shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview.
