Introduction to the Role

Army Public School & College Thal Cantt, Hangu, has an opening for a diligent and organized Account Clerk to join its administrative office. This position is vital for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth operation of the institution's accounting and finance functions. We are looking for an individual with foundational knowledge in accounting and a meticulous approach to work.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Prospective candidates for the Account Clerk position must possess a B.Com/BSc or an equivalent degree from a university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. A prerequisite for this role is one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in accounting, clerical duties, or finance. Applicants should be between 20 and 40 years of age, demonstrating both academic preparedness and practical experience in administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Clerk's responsibilities will include assisting with daily financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, processing invoices, preparing bank reconciliations, and supporting the finance department with various administrative tasks. The role requires careful record-keeping, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team. Proficiency in basic accounting software and MS Office is an added advantage.
